Hand & Stone staff were professional and knowledgeable. My wait time was less than 4-5 minutes upon arriving for my appointment. The environment is always neat and clean. The atmosphere is also always both relaxing and welcoming.

I love when I get the time to go to pamper myself, but I don't go enough to keep the membership going. it's just hard to carve out time in my schedule to keep it going.

The therapist is excellent, the music and the bed.

Jennifer is an exceptional massage therapist. She remembers where I usually need more massage and less where it is more sensative from surgery scar tissue.

I had been in pain for a number of days due to excessively tight muscles. Cathryn really worked my muscles and I feel better than I have in weeks. The spa was really clean and quiet. The sales pressure was a little much but everything else was good. I will return at some point in the future for another service from Cathryn.

I live close by. The treatment is fantastic. The cost and membership is rewarding.
