Alyssa the assistant manager is memorable because she cared for me and my mom at the Allen location since 2020. She is great with service and does a great job just going above and beyond to make clients feel valued. I adore how she runs the business.

I had been having some pain in my shoulder for a couple of weeks. The massage therapist recommended a certain therapy that I had not used before, but I went with her recommendation. It worked wonderfully and I have been in much less pain since her massage and will be returning soon for a follow up massage!

Kylie was wonderful! She took a lot of time to focus on the area where I've been having issues. She made sure everything was good and didn't talk to me otherwise, which I love. I go to relax, not carry on a conversation!

Friendly staff, Good Ambience and Experienced message therapists

The front staff are super friendly and always greet me right away. It is clean and water is offered. The ambiance in the rooms are great and Nicole always does an awesome job. I have never had a bad experience at Hand & Stone. My only complaint is that some of the music is a little strange and not very relaxing.
