Hand and Stone

Lady Kelsey always provides a wonderful experience! She is always attentive to my problem areas and addresses them thoroughly. Front desk receptionist (do not recall her name) is always so friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is a great operation and one I recommend often to others.

I think Sheena is great and love her facials. My only problem with Hand and Stone is the computer! It takes forever to determine what "packages" I have so that I can use them. Since I'm on a fixed income now, typically, I buy 2 packages and then schedule so that my out of pocket expense at the time is minimized....I spread the cost out over 2 or 2.5 months. But to determine all of that seems to take forever and consistently the person I'm speaking with seems to have to go to several different screens to determine what benefits I have available to me. I'd much prefer accumulating "money" as opposed to a "package" as it is easier to determine for me before I make appt.

The studio was very inviting and I loved the aroma of relaxation floating in the air. Staff friendly and loved the ease of checking in for appointment. The massage therapist was very professional.

My massage therapist was amazing, great pressure and techniques. Facial was great as well, could tell she was very experienced. When I booked the receptionist found a way to make my schedule work VERY WELL when adding services so I wouldnt have any wait time in between appts
