Hand and Stone

Jennifer L. worked at the Allen location and was informed she moved to Frisco. I called the Frisco location and confirmed she worked there and booked a same day appointment. I like her techniques, pressure and massage style and booked another appointment for next week. So happy she is still working at Hand and Stone!

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy process to schedule and get set up with a membership. Quality and price is great!

I really appreciate that you were able to accommodate me on such short notice and my therapist helped me to relax and feel better on the very special day of my daughter getting married. Thank you so much, I'll be back next time I'm in town!

* The receptionist in the Frisco branch was very pleasant. Hand and Stone is lucky to have her as a receptionist. We did not book a couples massage over the phone but when we got there, we were scheduled as couples massage which in the beginning, we did not care until we checked out and was informed that there's an extra charge doing a couples massage. My massage therapist was really good and pleasant but my fiancé's massage therapist was by far the worst massage therapist according to my fiancé's. At one point, I opened my eyes and saw that she was massaging with one hand and my fiancé told me that when she finds a knot, instead of focusing on that - she just moves on. My fiancé in the beginning to do hard massage like they always ask if we want light, medium, or hard and his therapist told him that it is extra charge. He said he is not asking for deep muscle massage - just hard. Overall, he was beyond disappointed which I felt so bad for him because that day, he needed a good massage more than I did.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage! I was feeling extreme soreness/pain in my lower back and my massage therapist was able to focus on that area and relieve a lot of it. Additionally it had been quite some time since I got a prenatal massage and she was extremely helpful and didn't laugh or judge when I forgot what to do with all of the pillows. Will definitely be back!

Great massage with perfect pressure. Nice ambiance

It was very relaxing. Jennifer was knowledgeable and thorough. She knew where I had tension and spent a good amount of time making sure to work out those areas.

I love that you’re offering more facial options. Kimberly was conservative in her approach to the new procedure insuring minimal irritation. I will definitely use her in the future.

I liked that I was asked what I wanted to get out of my procedure I felt comfortable.I liked the warm reception.
