Hand and Stone

I cannot say this enough - I have kept my H&S membership because Jennifer is quite literally the best therapist I have found in the DFW area and I have been going to her since 2019. She is friendly, knowledgeable and great at what she does. Before the massage started, I told her that I booked a hot stone upgrade for free. It wasn't on the appointment for whatever reason so she went out to the front desk to check. Furthermore, she massaged with intent - I told her where my problem areas where and she listened + focused on them. I quite literally fell asleep due to relaxation (which is extremely hard for me in most environments) and that speaks volumes to her expertise. If it wasn't for Jennifer, I likely would've stopped getting massages altogether due to the cost associated but with her - it is worth it! She deserves a raise and recognition for sure. Thank you Jennifer for all that you do!!

Relaxing experience

Massage therapist was very efficient and her message was very effective.She spent enough time to resolve my problem and also helped me with stretching which most of the therapist don’t do. If feasible I will always will come see her(don’t remember her name) she was excellent

My therapist Rene Ransome was friendly, knowledgeable , kind , she is well experienced. My feet was so painful and after her massage I feel much better.

I always feel welcomed and never have any sort of problem. Maria is so knowledgable and is always able to pinpoint exactly what it is that I need. She recommended a new product, which I am happy to try out. She even called me to let me know about the discount on products during March, although I unfortunately was not able to make it in. I will definitely continue to come back!

Camille is the best

I recommend hand and stone due to the wonderful staff and knowledge I am always provided. I will always have facial done by Blair. I love how relaxing my massages are. And finally, I live how accommodating the frisco location is with booking
