Staff was very nice and professional and were very knowledgeable.

I have gone to the same esthetician for the last 30 years on a monthly basis. I decided to try Sheena during the COVID lockdown and was very pleasantly surprised; have seen her twice since and plan to continue. Great facial!

Both services were relaxing and satisfactory.

Maria was gentle and knowledgeable. She took time to get to know my skin issues and even took the time to discuss solutions for my teenage son who I will be booking an appt for with Maria.

My therapist listened to me explain my needs and expectations and she was able to talk me through ways to stay healthy at home as well as help me relax.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to book an appointment same day! My massage therapist was fabulous, and I woke up the next day feeling refreshed and ache free.

Sheena is one of the best. She is very good at facials, she is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She always knows what's best for my face. One thing I am disappointed in is with the facility not keeping up on supplies. I've scheduled many appointments for a facial with the dermalinfusion, but twice the facility didn't have the product I needed. I also buy all my facial products from Hand and Stone and on many occasions they are out of the product I need. If they have a popular product they should order more of it so its available for the customers at majority of the time. I understand if every once in a while the product isn't available, but this happen on a constant basis. Other than being low on product, Hand and Stone is great.

I went in with super dry skin and when I came out, Maria had me glowing. She was amazing and I will definitely go back to her.

I absolutely loved my experience w my esthetician! She was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and w a smile on my face. So happy I went to Hand & Stone. I will definitely be back to see my esthetician.

These appointments are the highlight of whatever week my visit is, they're always so relaxing and effective at addressing my goals for my skin. My aesthetician was extremely kind and competent and did a phenomenal job.
