I can’t remember her name I think she went by Jennifer she really paid attention to my problem areas and made sure she was using the proper amount of pressure. She also checked to make sure I didn’t forget to add my usually peppermint scalp massage. She was great

Check in form was not sent in advance, although referenced as such. Completed form prior to past visit online, so not sure why didn't continue. Staff seemed annoyed that it was outstanding.

My initial appointment was cancelled due to a therapist not showing up so I was rebooked and was very satisfied with the replacement therapist

Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to her technique. She not only does well with the massage, but she stretches you in ways to really work the muscles.

The atmosphere was very calming and I felt very safe. The receptionist was a jewel an SHENNA was AMAZING!!! Both were very knowledgeable and prepared for any and all questions and concerns.

My massage therapist is terrific. I've been to her for a year or so and wouldn't go to anyone else. She knows exactly the right touch and where I have issues. My only issue is with the staff who many times don't seem to have any answers. It's as though I have to educate them. For instance, I had 3 packages (don't understand packages as opposed to just the dollar value either). I was using 2 and I had a $10 coupon for my birthday. Took a while for them to get that all straight on the computer but finally did and all worked out. Not enough to prevent me from coming back but the front staff does seem to have a high degree of turnover.

It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
