My esthetician Kim was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable of what my skin needed. I prefer to relax in quiet during a facial and Kim was very understanding made it a highly relaxing experience. I enjoyed it so much I got a membership right after. Also she got rid of one of my forehead wrinkles which is always a plus!
