I teach three year olds and have a toddler, so I had some real issues with tightness in my back and shoulders going in to my appointment. China spent the entire hour on my back and shoulders when I told her those were my problem areas. The pressure was so effective and she communicated with me consistently to make sure I was comfortable as she worked out all of the problems going on. She was the perfect amount of talking to keep me comfortable and quiet to let me relax. I was not just relaxed, but felt energized leaving my session. The best massage I’ve ever had, hands down! I’ll definitely be back to see her!
