Fitz is awesome! At the point he knows where I hold all my tension but continues to make sure that nothing has changed. He pays close attention to your needs and makes pain disappear. Front desk staff was very friendly and composed while being the only one on staff while four people waiting to be checked out. I’ve been in those shoes and it is not easy to keep composure as she did.

My regular therapist wasn't available it turned out but they put me with someone else who was just terrific....maybe better than the woman I'd been with for over a year! Will go back to see her.

I neglected to tell my massage therapist I am hard of hearing, so a couple of times I was not able to immediately understand a sentence and had to think about and infer (best guess) based on the context. That's my bad! I will make sure to let them know next time.
