Everything down to the reception staff friendliness, cleanliness, ability of technician and friendliness was brilliant. The products used were lovely and I loved the options available to purchase which I will probably consider in the future based off my facial alone. The technician was great with thorough product knowledge of all skin care and I loved my facial and the level of detail to it. Already can not wait for my next facial.

Good ambience. Therapist ms Shelby did a great job. She knew exactly what and how much pressure to apply. Time and again she was checking whether am comfortable during therapy. Wonderful experience!
