First time visiting this location as it's closer to work than home. Sloan greeted me right away in the reception area and she was my massage therapist as well. She made great recommendations as to how i could upgrade my massage and use some of my credits I had built up. She asked questions and really listened to my areas needing extra work. Perfect pressure and she was friendly but also let me relax during the session. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Clarence and Kimberly Thomas were both excellent. They knew what they were doing and had good communication skills. Both were professional. My only complaint was after booking my appointment, on the day of my appointment I was called and told they had made a mistake because the person who was to do my facial was on vacation. I had to reschedule for a week later.

My therapist listened to me and helped me immensely by focusing on the troubled areas. There is no wait, once you arrive and check in, the therapist greets you and takes you back to the room.

My whole experience was influenced 100% by your massage therapist Clarence. He is highly skilled with his touch and this is something that is very important to someone like me as I have Sjogrens syndrome. Having someone who is intuitive to what’s going on with me is 100% important and feeling it in my muscles is key to not making me sick after a massage. My health is very important and finding someone like Clarence’s touch and intuitive nature was key to me signing up for membership. Without him I would not have returned. Hip hip horay for Clarence! Give him a raise.

It was difficult making the appointment and i don't recall that happening before. Hard to get anyone to ever answer the phone! Kimberly T was great, as always.

There was a staffing issue when I got my massage. The therapist had to step out but she handled it with grace and kindness. Her service was excellent. She handled it so well that it absolutely will not impact my return. In fact, I look forward to my next service with her

Sloane was very informative and very intuitive about my needs. The office was clean. The front desk receptionist was very friendly also.
