Hand and Stone

It's been a while since I had a massage, but Donnie was AWESOME and helped me feel relaxed and stress free. In the past I have had massage therapist talk to me during the entire massage, with Donnie he asked me how I was feeling and if the pressure was just right. Nothing more than that. This was by far the MOST enjoyable massage I have had and would recommend Donnie and Hand & Stone to all my family and friends.

It was the first time I had experienced a massage. I was really surprised about how wonderful it was. I was glad to get the second one on Wednesday. Thanks, so much for the great experience. I felt terrific. Sorry, I can't be there since I live in Arkansas or I would be there regularly. Thanks, again.

Total ease of everything. I was scheduled with another therapist, they called and gave me options after that therapist left (I think). I was impressed enough to purchase the monthly pass.

The massage was ok. The therapist was extremely nice and professional. One thing that would be beneficial for me as a client is some peppermint oil or some type of vapor to keep the nasal passage open while lying on your stomach. It's hard to relax when you can't breathe.

I don’t feel the masseuse was very experienced. I felt relaxed but not overly massaged. I asked her a question and we spent too much time talking. Partly my fault, but felt she should have been more focused. She was very nice and young. Needs more training.

My recent appointment was scheduled for an hour, but I noticed that it ended about 10 minutes early. I value the full time allotted for the service and hope this can be addressed for future appointments.

I was satisfied with my experience however since the recent price increase, I can no longer afford to keep the service. Additionally, I’m moving out of the area where the spa is easily accessible.
