Upon walking, the receptionist stared at her computer and did not acknowledge that I was standing at the desk for about 30 seconds. It was a little uncomfortable. Also, this is my 3rd time to a Hand & Stone location (2nd time to this location), and I do not like that they try to upsale me every time I am there. Whether it is asking me to pay the monthly member fee or adding something to my appointment, I am always being asked to pay for more.

Massage was done with very light pressure even though I had requested for firm pressure during inital consultation.. massage on the legs was do e very sloppily.. it did not feel like a massage…upper body massage was little better

Everything was very nice. I did feel the variety of fragrances was a little much and it would have been difficult for those sensitives to smells.

Only 1 hour massages available during the weekend. It would be great to have a few 90 minute slots available during the weekends. I will probably switch to weekday appointments.

Think there is room for improvement in terms of offering more benefits of membership, i.e., more seasonal specials, more members only events, better coupons for upgrades, etc.

I felt my therapist rushed a bit during my hourly massage however overall it was relaxed and she warned me about the knots I had in my back

I was highly satisfied with my facial. Kim did and always does an amazing job. I wasn’t as impressed with my massage unfortunately. But I’ll just try to book with someone else next time.
