The Diamond Glow equipment has been down for at least 6 months. This is extremely frustrating and they only let me know when I showed up for my appointment so I couldn’t try another spa. At this point I will reach out to other locations for future visits. I really like Kimberly but I want the results that Diamond Glow offers….

Every time I find a good therapist, they leave. Don’t know what the problem is with the management.

The service was good but I wasn't happy with the esthetician. She was good at what she does but wasn't happy of the fact that she kept talking about politics! She should know better, No Religion or Politics' with customers. I wanted a relaxed facial it wasn't just because of her ill informed conversations. So, I am sorry, I am not going to recommend your place.

I would like little more lotion applied for my massage. Some moments felt like my skin was being stretched with the massage strokes. This part has been inconsistent though. Also, I would like little more focus on balls of my feet with my foot massage portion. Otherwise, it was great and my massage therapist is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable.

The receptionist was on a personal call the entire time I was in the waiting room. She even put her phone down to check me in and the continued her call. Very unprofessional

We were highly satisfied with the massage except for the massages and facials being messed up for like the third time in a row.

Website was not functioning properly to book the appointment, so I had to call in. Called a location, they scheduled my appointment and things were fine. I did not receive a confirmation call or email. So day of appt I was trying to find the address to make my way, the phone number I called went to a different location (El Dorado) and I actually had the appt at the (Preston Rd) location. Receptionist mentioned this happens often. I told her I would have been on time, however went to wrong location as numbers and addresses were conflicted. Ended up missing my first appt (massage) and had to reschedule, thankfully there was an opening after my facial.

The therapist did not greet me by name. No one discussed my paperwork or asked questions. Some small but impactful adjustments could have made the difference to create an elite experience.

I love being able to get a massage and a facial the same day. The facial lady was wonderful. The massage lady's hands were hard and boney!
