My points were not applied and so I was charged despite confirming I wanted to use points. The staff wasnt unfriendly by any means but not super engaged or welcoming. My problem was resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner and the therapist are always great, but it does seem like the administrative side of things is always a mess... Not sure why :-(

60 min massages are really 45. I would love to see more massage options. Reductive massages for example,

The staff was friendly and the person who did my facial was knowledgeable and tried to improve my skin. She was helpful in choosing products to improve my shin care.

I did not get my full hour of treatment. Total treatment time was probably 40 minutes.

Didn't realize I had to pay the extra $25 for sensitive skin.

First time with this therapist and did not feel it was totally deep tissue. Next time I will stipulate Swedish and not buy the extra $20 for deep tissue

Massage did not start in time but my time was adjusted to provide the 50 minutes hands on. The pressure was too strong at times. Perhaps next time keep conversation to minimum to allow for more relaxation.

Consistently, its a hit or miss with the therapist. You can't select prenatal massages online unless it shows up in "previous" even then you can't be sure the therapist you get. Its frustrating to have to call. I had a new prenatal therapist and the massage was 100% not helpful, felt like I was re-arranged and oil wiped off me, patted dry 50% of the massage which when you charge by the minutes gets frustrating. The table and pillows were very odd and uncomfortable, she had me put a towel between my legs for modesty and was constantly re-arranging the blankets to expose one area of my body, then massage it, dry it, pat it and pressure with a towel.. also the massage movements were very abrupt and jerky. Although very sweet person, I'll ensure I do not have another massage with Renee again. Was a waste of time unfortunately.

There is always room to improve,
