When I tried to cancel the monthly service I couldn’t do it without talking to a manager and the manager never called me. It was eventually cancelled but I wasn’t informed, I just happened to ask about it when I was there. Also you should provide a written running list with appointments used and how many massages are left. It’s always a mystery.

Everything was super easy. I’m from PA and it was great to be able to visit a H&S out of state!

I never give 5 Star unless I am blown away. That rarely at any happens any where I go. Not personal.

This time my appointment started late and ended earlier, it was less than normal Usually when i ask for dermoabrazion it takes more time and i am explained during the session and usually the cosmeticologist takes its time to clean up well my face.

Nothing was above and beyond what I have typically experienced, which is why I didn't select "Highly Satisfied". It was very good and the therapist treated me well and listened to my pressure needs.

She did not focus on the areas I asked. She did full body instead. Used too much elbow, hurt instead of kneading pressure. I like firm/deep but I’m too thin for elbow. I really wanted neck, back, shoulders and feet:)

Jennifer the massage therapist rudely talk to the receptionist Ashley🤨 I felt really bad for her it was very inappropriate for Jennifer to yell at her

I had an appointment the previous week which was canceled at the last minute with no substitute available.

I had a good experience at this Hand & Stone. It was my first visit. I would like to have more visits before I can really give it an excellent score. My massage therapist was good. I joined the monthly plan. I look forward to returning.

The lady this time who did the facial was not very much experienced . She did not do the facial massage at all . Total time spent was hardly 40 minutes . My facial experiences were used to be great .I didn’t feel refreshed at all this time .
