I received a gift card for Mother’s Day from my husband. When I went to check out the card was not activated. When I showed her the receipt she could not fix the issue so I ended up paying for it with my debit card. I will return to active the gift card with another employee but was very concerned as I had given gift cards to friends in the past.

My membership went from $49.99 to $69.99. I'm getting no better service. To me I'm not seeing value of an extra $20.

I've had 4 different types of facials so far and none of them have produced any results. In fact after my third facial my skin was worse. Hoping this last one has better results but I had to pay $100 extra for it which I don't like.

We were cancelled the week before on our massages because someone called in sick. Which is fine. Understandable. But when we got our appointment I was up sold on the deep tissue, which we had already tried to order for both of us. Not too cool. Then I finished about twenty minutes before my girlfriend. Which pretty much assures that either our notes weren’t correct. Or they weren’t paid attention to.

Too much pressure. It's been two days and I m still sore in some areas. I was seeing a regular therapist all the time and she is no longer there. No other therapists I have tried have met the level of her massages or able to address my massage needs and the correct level. They use too much of the elbow method.

I asked for a copy of the club contract I signed. The printer was out of ink and the receptionist said they would email it to me that day. I never received it so I called the next day and the receptionist said they would email it within the hour. It has been 6 hours and I have not received it. I think this is unprofessional that I did not walk away with a copy of the contract I signed on the IPad. I will now have to call again. Other than this issue the experience was very good

Couples massage seemed to be quoted as total but found that it was per person

I love my therapist Renee and she is the main reason we keep coming back to this location! Overall this location does a good job, but the constant turn over of management and other therapists is tiresome.

When I called in to make appt the person did not listen to what I was asking for and then i asked for a supervisor and I was speaking with her and I was hung up on.

Every service needs room for improvement. I requested a deep tissue massage. I expected more pressure than I was given. I did not comment during the massage to let her know to apply more pressure. I wonder if instead of a deep tissue I was given a Swedish Massage.
