The massage I received after my facial was so bad that it ruined the entire experience. The order of the services (facial, then massage) was not ideal. Then the massage was absolutely awful.

I feel that there should be a conversation regarding available packages between the customer and check-in personnel, and the esthetician should be aware going into the appointment. There should also be a better understanding of translating costs of services to packages by the personnel delivering the service.

Not enough pressure on the area of tension. Not used of simple stuff to make more relaxing experience such as rolled hot towel under neck.

Therapist keep coming and going. The $20 increase in membership fee for me I don't see the value. I am getting the same service, but yet paying $20 more.

I got a detox facial and the aesthetician spent only a short time doing extractions. I’ve had many facials in the past with much more extraction time and my face needs it. It didn’t feel like a “detox” facial but more like a general facial. I wouldn’t pay extra for that again.

I need a deeper pressure but that therapist had to go out on leave. I agreed to have the therapist that I had which was a good experience but not 100% what I was looking for.
