Maria was a bit rough completing my facial. Overall, the service was good, but thought she could’ve 1) been gentler, and 2) provided more of a welcoming experience.

I love Kimberly at the Frisco location--she's wonderful and gives the best facials. I had a good massage, but nothing magical. I have not been utilizing my membership and plan to cancel it when I use up all of my credits.

I was not get a full body massage. The therapist was friendly but The therapist put the full sheet over my face as he was turning me over on my stomach. I don't know if that was the technique or not as it was my first massage ever. I don't like that it only lasted 50 mins instead of 60 and I did my paperwork online ahead of time and undressed quickly.

I wasn’t disappointed at all. I was new to the esthetician and vice versa. She was very personable (I will return to see her) I came from using a location that was 2 minutes from my home to 30 minutes.

Booking appointments is hard. Usually they call back and can’t do the time we agreed too. Staff turnover is really high. The oversell on products.
