Hand and Stone

The technique used for some of the message did not utilize enough pressure. The use of the stones felt rushed versus being a normal hot stone message.

It was supposed to be 60mins but I did not feel I received the full 60mins, my problem area was neck and shoulders, I felt rushed

Some comments from the Massage Therapist on how tight my muscles were actually made me more insecure and less relaxed. He has not asked if/when that last time I actually had a massage, which was almost 2 years ago considering the year off from the Pandemic.

The feeling of overall relaxation could be more pervasive if the noise level in the hallways was kept to a whisper. It was a little disturbing to hear loud voices while I was getting my massage. Maybe if you hung some drapes on the wall and used dimmer lighting or something.

My appointment was booked incorrectly from the start. Then the day of appointment started 10 minutes late. In the end was able to provide me with correct services although time was short because of starting late.

Massage was just ok. Asked to focus on shoulders and left hip and she spent more time on my legs and arms.

Booked three appointments at the same time and mine started 10 minutes later than the other two people I came with. And yet my appointment ended at the same time as the other two.

I booked an appointment a month prior with China and wasn't told until a day before that she doesn't work on Wednesdays and it was an error booking. The massage therapist I received didn't give me as much deep pressure as I requested and would push down on areas that weren't sore for long period of time. The one who did my facial was good she is just very pushy with extra services every time I see her

I had a facial at the Frisco, Tx location and it was great other than it not starting on time so I got out there super late but before the facial I was very displeased with my massage. I asked for a firm massage and it wasn't really tense and I felt uncomfortable because it was hard to relax and for the price I paid I thought it would be way better ( Jennifer) and than they expect gratuity at the end and I've had better experience else where, Where that price is included. I am willing to tip but not for something that made me unhappy with my visit. I tip only my facial (Kim) lady in the envelope and then when I left they called me and asked if the tip was for both ladies or just the Kimberly and so that was really frustrating.

The facial was your typical facial but I felt like they are told to push up charges and then after I said no thank you it seemed like she was upset.. also the amount you put to tip it's really high. Everytime I have booked it's 50-60$ per facial which is 10-12 but the sign claims it's 18$ for 15 percent. It honestly probably pushes people away from tipping normal 20 percent. I'll tip of regular amounts not your inflated cost.
