Hand and Stone

The check in process was great. My esthestician, Kimberly, was phenomenal. She was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. However, it took forever for me to get through check out because the girl who helped me did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She may need some additional training or perhaps she is brand new.

I would like more transparency about the costs of any add-ons before they are applied

The room was a bit too bright. As a pregnant mother I could not get comfortable with the positioning of the table and pillows. Would much prefer to have a donut pillow for belly to lay flat rather than having to adjust so much laying on both sides. It wasn't very relaxing as we had to keep changing and adjusting positions.

arrived 10 minutes before my appt. The message did not start until 15 minutes later, which made my massage only 45 minutes. Next was my facial began and it only lasted 45 minutes.

Had two session. Among them one is upgraded service. Not seen much difference. But ok.

A second appointment was booked over our appointment, so we did not get the full time that we had scheduled.

The receptionist who was checking me out was a bit aggressive about the membership. Even after saying no, she kept pushing.

I enjoyed most aspects of the Hand and Stone experience. My massage therapist was friendly and my massage was pretty good overall. Unfortunately I found it very hard to relax with his extremely heavy breathing. I would not have services from him in the future because it was very loud and stressed me out because I couldn’t tell if he was ok or not.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me prevent so much muscle stiffness.

Gift cert not useable - bad code online. Wasn’t told to bring it so I paid. Piano music was too frantic
