I had an amazing experience. Everyone was professional yet friendly and welcoming and I followed the request for a text message check in. My appointment with Lisa for my facial was AMAZING. She listened to my concerns and questions and had wonderful advice and suggestions - showed me exactly what I had asked for recommendations on and sold me on three products. She was GREAT, one of, if not THE best facial experience I have ever had. She and the front desk staff certainly made a loyal customer out of me already, and the lady at the front desk (I did not catch her name) was terrific and did a superb job upselling me on becoming a member AND getting me to purchase a gift cert. La loni was fabulous. I love her. I would return monthly if I could be scheduled with her. Her next appointment was august and September so I did not book again.

Jen was great. She hit spots I didn't know needed worked on. She was very knowledgeable about stresses on the body and was able to guess things correctly just on the tension in my muscles.. It was the first time with her and as I am new there, I am going to try others, however, I'm pretty sure she is going to be hard to beat and she will see me again. Thanks Jen!!

Loved the medium pressure. And really liked the warm moist towel at the end to wipe my hands! No one has ever done that for me before.

Therapist was friendly and very considerate. I was very pleased with my appointment.

Sam was great! Best massage I’ve ever had! Only issue is when I checked out I used 2credits for the 80min massage. When I got home my wife said I should have received an add on option - hot stones etc. next time I will check out first to add something on to make up the difference. Or maybe I could get a free add on coupon for this small oops :)

Just the peaceful overall feeling is maintained throughout the salon. Very friendly staff and got just what I asked for, deep tissue work. Thank you for a well run salon.
