The staff observed COVID-19 safety procedures. My therapist, Kata, was excellent. She listened and was skillful.

I went there to see Kata and she was amazing. I’ve been cycling, and my right shoulder and neck are heavily affected after several miles on the bike. She was able to help with that and bring the issues forward, and made them easy to fix!

I went in really stressed & felt very tense. Angel heard my concerns & immediately made me feel comfortable to get the massage. After the massage I was extremely relaxed & calm. It was an amazing first massage! I will definitely be taking advantage of my membership.

Hand and stone was clean and using safe practices. I always have a good experience here, especially with Kumba. She does a great job and listens to you if you need more pressure. I will keep going back To Hand and stone.

Massage therapist David listened in detail to my areas of concern and really worked them out. I was in awe of his abilities.

Just a little bit of confusion with the check-in process. i was instructed to call when I arrived at the spa, which I did, but there was no answer! After three tries, I tried to walk in to the reception area, when the receptionist stopped me and instructed me to call. I explained the situation - I’ve BEEN calling, but the phone just keeps ringing! - it was settled. I was checked in, waited in my car until I received my confirmation text message to come inside.
