Had neck issues, discussed them eit h the therapist

I always see Jeff when I go. He is always friendly and makes a point to make me feel comfortable. He asks if I need attention to any places before he starts. I've seen many masseuses at Hand and Stone but Jeff stands out as one of the finest. As someone who goes for pain management I am thoroughly pleased with the services provided.

Friendly and professional atmosphere was created from the time I walked in. Dawn, the massage therapist is very knowledgeable and enjoys what she does. This translated into a very impressionable experience. Ready fir the next appointment. (Smile)

I usually like massages to relax and the massage therapist was ready by the time I went into the building and she did a great job with her technique and not applying too much pressure. So, it was a very relaxing massage for me also she was friendly and made sure to ask if the pressure was too much during the massage.
