Receptionists were very friendly. Lucia, my esthetician, is very knowledgeable, professional and truly a master of her art.

i was greeted with a beautiful smile and respect soon as i walked in the facility. i was offered some water. i was offered to use the bathroom.

The esthetician recommended a mask for my skin type. She also remembers my family members who have received services from either her or another worker. Very personable.

The attention is always great when I go there. They always give me a call 15 to 30min before my appointment to remind me, and ensure I'll make it on time. Best services ever.

Lucia is a very highly competent esthetician. She is very thorough. My skin has improved so much because of her. If my skin is too dry or too oily, she will address accordingly and recommend which products I might need or type of facial I should receive which would benefit my skin.

Lucia did not push products on me at all, which I hate. I’m there to relax. She also used firm pressure (and asked beforehand!) for the massage. My face was glowing afterwards!

Lucia is a wonderful esthetician. Also every since a change in management, there has been a clear difference in the attitude of the front desk. I have been a member here for years and am happy to see a long overdue positive change

Facials at Hand and Stone are so relaxing, the atmosphere and music make it one of my favorite things to do each month.
