First, the reception team was very friendly and capable. We were unsure about continuing our membership due to financial issues. The staff was able to provide other possible payment options, monthly and bi-monthly options, for example, that made good sense given a change in our circumstances. They were also eager to help us get discounted products where possible. And the aesthetician herself was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable about skin and the best ways to care for skin, and was able to elevate a face wash and treatment into a luxurious experience. It was a facial that was worth my money and time!

Despite the late hour of my appointment Stacey was upbeat, energetic and very thorough. She was professional and most courteous!

Mary at reception was so accomodating and knowledgeable about the different therapists. She found the greatest therapist, Jose` available inside 2 hours for an 80 minute massage. Every aspect of my visit was PERFECT. Mary went the extra mile and reinstated my membership. The massage was PERFECT and I will be back in two weeks.

The skill of the technician giving the the facial was very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done to correct my skin. She knew when to be gentle and when to press firmly. She knew all the products and how they work to help improve my skin. She even gave me samples to experiment with.
