The ambiance of the reception area was nice but it would be better if it was away from the checkin desk. My pregnancy massage was wonderful and my facial was awesome! My esthetician who did my facial was very helpful in giving me skincare tips and precautions for my pregnancy. I would choose her for future facials.

Friendly and good facial

My experience at Hand and Stone was perfect. Everyone was courteous, my appointment was on time and ended at the right time. My Estetician did a great job and and skin felt fabulous. She recommended products for me and I had a wonderful experience.

The woman who gave me my facial was extremely helpful in helping me understand my skin and recommending the appropriate treatment. The massage therapist always made sure to check in to make the pressure was okay and if I was feeling okay. The peppermint scalp massage was wonderful!

Everything was perfect. Also on time, very welcoming. Clean and very relaxing. And friendly.

First, the reception team was very friendly and capable. We were unsure about continuing our membership due to financial issues. The staff was able to provide other possible payment options, monthly and bi-monthly options, for example, that made good sense given a change in our circumstances. They were also eager to help us get discounted products where possible. And the aesthetician herself was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable about skin and the best ways to care for skin, and was able to elevate a face wash and treatment into a luxurious experience. It was a facial that was worth my money and time!

Despite the late hour of my appointment Stacey was upbeat, energetic and very thorough. She was professional and most courteous!
