Both frank and Lucia made my spa experience amazing. My fiancé booked the serenity package as a surprise for me. Frank actually remembered my fiancé coming in the day before to book my surprise spa day. I left hand and stone feeling like a new woman. The day before I was up for about 19 hours straight and was in definite need of a spa day.

Everytime I go in for a facial I am greeted kindly and always asked if I would like water or anything. My esthetician is very knowledge and since going to the same woman for the past year she has given me recommendations for my skin that has significantly improved the quality.
