The music, lighting and warm bed was very peaceful. The neck and shoulder message was an added treat. My face looked more healthy and younger after the facial.

I was highly satisfied because the woman who did my facial was very friendly and thorough. I felt like she paid attention to my skin type and my requests.

I was so comfortable in every area from reception to the esthetician's room. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. If I wasn't highly satisfied by the product selection it's because I never looked at the products but the question had no n/a option.
