I thought the staff from reception to massage therapists were great! The only issue was the noise from the construction next door. It's loud and the therapists felt really bad and it's not their fault but the services are very expensive so you expect these issues not to happen.

Lucia my estheticians is my favorite. She is very knowledgeable on skin care. She is kind, friendly and gentle. I would recommend her to all my friends.

People were nice, massage was wonderful and atmosphere was inviting

Liked everything about the experience from the time we walked in. The massage was fabulous and masseuse was kind, gentle, and always told me what she was doing next. Although I didn't talk to her, I didn't want to interrupt her job. I enjoyed every minute of it. I recommend everyone do this once a month or every other month. Such a stress reliever. Seemed to be some confusion w/person scheduling appointment but it did work out. I booked for myself and a family member. I would do this again in the future!

One suggestion would be to have the soaps and lotions warm before applying to the face.

It is always a great experience

The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable in his area of work. My only suggestion would be to have a better fan in the room perhaps a cieling fan directly over the bed, because it does get very hot and can become uncomfortable. I ended up having to remove one of the blankets off of me in order to cool down and the therapist pointed the tower fan towards me.

My masseuse was very nice and friendly, he did exactly what I asked and provided some much needed comfort! He did an amazing job at working out the knots in my back and bringing me much needed relief before the holidays. I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend him.
