My esthestician Lisa is fabulous. She has a very pleasant disposition and she is the reason I continue my membership at Hand and Stone.

The place is very clean, the receptionists are prompt, helpful and courteous. Both my esthetician and my masseuse are excellent at their job. The service charges are reasonable.

Did not get ladting telief I'd hoped for.

There was too much down time during my massage. And what I mean is I heard her at her counter too much. Was not a continuous massage time. Did not do my hands just arms. Could be a little more personable. Her pressure was great but I did not feel relaxed & comfortable
