I would be more satisfied if I was able to get a discount on every service provided because I’m a member. I also would like to have a non-cash option to tip.

The cost is too high. The commitment to receive a discount. I don’t like the fact that a credit card number is needed to make an appointment. I feel that’s a dangerous way to book and wounding it again, it’s as if you don’t trust your clients.

The amount I paid and the add-on I took did not give me enough time to receive facial service. Only 50mins for clarity facial, hydro plus eye treatment. They should have done 30mins more service

I wasn’t told my son & his wife added extras onto my scheduled massage. It was a great idea, but no one said anything. The masseuse said so you are getting a massage, hot stone & parafin wax treatment? I said no just a basic massage. I thought it was a mistake because in June I was given the wrong masseuse & given hot stones which I never asked for & I ended up paying for after. They did say after I left & came back after talking to my son, that there was a note it was for my birthday. Why the heck wouldn’t ANYONE speak up? Then the mgr had to call my DIL & agreed to refund the unused products, but never said sorry for the mix up. This is the 2nd time I feel the administration part of the shop has failed. My massage with Kumba was great.

I’m satisfied with my experience. Although I don’t know that I would return soon, the prices are higher than I am comfortable with.

The appointment started about 10-15 minutes late, but ended right on time, so I felt that I lost some value of the service I paid for. The esthetician was great during the appointment, but I was disappointed that I lost out on appointment time even though I showed up early. Otherwise, my experience was great and the staff were wonderful.

I wanted my feet massaged more. I found mouse traps that my clothes fell on top of. The floors didnt seem to clean after that.

Sometimes I get a hand massage and sometimes I get a shoulder/upper body massage with my facial. I wish everything that was happening with my facial service was communicated to me at every appointment.
