Always a great facial with Lucia. She's excellent.

The only issue I've had since been a member with the Hand & Stone in North Brunswick, NJ. Although, they've had quite a bit of a turnaround with management. I did bring it to their attention the fact that the towels been used in the process of your facials. They're been washed with fragrance detergent which the fragrance irritates some of your clients with sensitive skin. I'm very allergic to fragrances and would like to know if the linen and towels could be washed with non fragrance washing detergents. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the services at this facility. Thank You

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. The massage therapist was amazing. I would have continued my membership if it wasn’t for personal financial reasoning.

Did not get ladting telief I'd hoped for.

There was too much down time during my massage. And what I mean is I heard her at her counter too much. Was not a continuous massage time. Did not do my hands just arms. Could be a little more personable. Her pressure was great but I did not feel relaxed & comfortable

Kaithlyn was wonderful, gave a great massage, I was relaxed and enjoyed my massage

Oh there’s always room for improvement. I don’t think it’s the best it can be.

I marked not satisfied with the notifications because when I book an appointment, I will receive a call, email and text confirming the appointment, even if the appointment was made within 24 hours. I am over confirmed. In addition, I hate the sales pitches. I'm just there for the appointment. Please don't try to sell me any additional services every time I book.

Well I guess the enhanced hand therapy was nice but the amount of money too much

The facility only offers a Swedish massage. I have had other types and could Have benefited from them. My therapist didn’t Ask if I need a specific area for concentration before the Swedish massage.
