the therapist was fine. However Kumba is my preferred therapist and is excellent.

I would like to have other types of devices available. Laser facials. Hydra facials. The services that are provided are very nice but would like to experience something new.

Would be nice to have a transition space after the massage. hot stones could have been used more or more things to warm me when on the table.

The location I go to has issues retaining good therapists, so I only rated them “satisfied” and not highly. This is a reflection of the management and Not the therapist.

Although it is not a policy that customers must wear masks during massages, Rochelle told me I had to wear one when facing up. I had not been aware of or informed of this prior to going into the treatment room for my massage. The mask made it more difficult for me to breathe while in certain positions, such as my head to the side, which detracted from my relaxation. I will not book an appointment with Rochelle again. Hand and Stone should alert customers of certain therapists requiring masks when the massage is booked.

Everyone does services differently. Just a suggestion….to me the table should be warm unless I ask for you to turn it off. She felt rushed but still did her job and she started late but ended on time and I felt I wanted those 5-7 minutes that’s she started late. Oh and when I flipped over onto my back a nice warm eye compress would have been nice.

I had a double mastectomy in November and was looking forward to returning for a massage. One recommendation I would make is to have the "mastectomy pillow/bolster" to create a more comfortable setting. Also, on my intake form I noted thT I would like my lower back/gluts worked on. The therapist I had did not work those areas. The therapist was very friendly and accommodating. She frequently checked in regarding the pressure and my comfort level.

The massage therapist did a great job. I loved the ambiance of the room while getting my massage done. The receptionist was very friendly.

Everything was great. I was late for my appointment but that wasn’t a problem. Everyone made me feel welcome and when I mentioned my major problem for the day (a headache) the massage therapist recommended a peppermint scalp massage. Headache gone! I signed up for the monthly membership with the same massage therapist because it was such a great experience at a time when I really needed it.
