Not enough massage therapist that works. Which means not enough appointment slots available.

When booking my appointments I had been told that my loyalty points could be used for add on services. I specifically asked about the CBD lotion and was told they could be used for that. When I came in for my next appointment I clarified again that I wanted the CBD lotion and wanted to use loyalty points for it. Again I was told they could be used. After my massage when checking out I was informed they COULD NOT be used for this expensive add on service ($30 where others are $10). This sort of thing is illegal. While the receptionist comped the service I am angry. I have been coming to Hand and Stone for years and never used ANY loyalty points. I have over 8000. Why can't I use them for CBD?

unannounced membership increase from $60/mo to $75/mo. My therapist no longer works here. Only 2 massage therapists to chose from. My "lifetime $49.99 membership" for "charter members" promised when joining, is long gone, and no longer applies, as the business has changed hands, several times.

very nice staff. The biggest issue was the outdated rooms and old equipment. I've neve had to place my coat on the back of a chair or put my clothes in a plastic bin. I didnt want to walk on the floors because the carpets were old and musty. Over looking those issues, the massage was good but I have had better at Hand and Stone. My services was a gift. I am grateful but wished for a better experience.

Each therapist performs the massage differently. After the back massage it’s customary to put on a hot towel then wipe off excess cream and cover and some include ahead massage as part of service … granted not a full head massage but part of service

Left with my skin feeling dry still. Product offered to me cost $76! For a chain I feel the pricing is high.
