I absolutely love my esthetician Jarissa and that is way I come to this location for facials. She gives the best facial, way better than any other I’ve had (I’ve probably had a dozen different estheticians between North Brunswick and East Brunswick locations). The front desk is always very friendly too! Otherwise, the building is not as nice as other locations (East Brunswick). The linens (table and robes) are old/thin/worn out. There’s a gym next door that pumps music through the wall. They do their best to drown out the gym music with relaxing spa music but there’s only so much you can do. You can tell this location gets less care/upkeep as compared to other locations.

Massage therapist should have spent more time on my problem area. Massage therapist could have been more friendly.

I was satisfied with the service. I waited a bit long for the doors to open.

I didn’t catch the massage therapist name. She wasn’t clear speaking. She didn’t ask what areas I wanted to focus on. She breathes loud.

As mentioned earlier in survey. Kumba, however, was excellent.

Good facial, however was disappointed that she did not massage my shoulders or arms which is usually part of the service

I wanted the neck massage for a bit longer since the facials are expensive. The face massage needs to be longer too

Looks like not enough massage therapist available in this location. Due to lack of therapists, it’s hard to get appointments at my convenient times

I quit my membership due to the fact that every appointment had to be cancelled because the therapist couldn’t make it. This appointment was also a reschedule. My next appointment also has to be rescheduled because the therapist was unavailable.

Receptionist was rude and not accommodating, noone explained add-ons or options,advertised a 60 min massage but was only 50 min and started late
