More explanation to when receiving add ons. Add ons seemed to just go into the actual massage? So if I didn't have add ons would my massage still be 50 minutes? It was 50 minutes with my add ons still.

For a regular massage, she did good but I mentioned on survey and told therapist of problem areas, mainly my waist. She did not work on those areas. Still in pain.

My therapist skipped my hands and I was wondering if it was due to Covid or because I asked her to spend more time on my upper right arm and feet.

Unfortunately it was very loud at times with conversation next door (I believe it is a hair salon) it was very disruptive. Definitely hear more than I should while trying to have a spa experience. Disappointed in that! Katia was amazing and is the reason I would go back, but the rooms are loud.

I brought a book during black Friday sale and paid in full and the receptionist still tried to charge me again during my services. A supervisor came out and told her she rung me up wrong. They stated they canceled and refunded my overcharge. So it was resolved

Experience was great. I just do not like it when they try to add on to the service or try to sell me products.

I know in the past, when I’ve booked a back facial, they’ve always been an hour as described in the brochure. This most recent go around the back facial was a half hour and I was very confused as to why it changed and the fact that it wasn’t told to me. When I asked the receptionist, who even commented that it seemed like I had just come in and now I’m leaving, how long the back facial is because it seemed shortened, she said the back facial is a half hour. This is very confusing, since the brochure says that the back facial is one of the “exceptional one hour facials”. It doesn’t make sense to be charging $89.95 for a half hour treatment, especially when I’ve gone in the past and it was an hour. It would be great to get some clarity on that since it’s either changed and I wasn’t notified or it’s currently being falsely advertised as an hour treatment.

My facial was great; however, while she was massaging my scalp it gave me the biggest headache. It wasn't until after the entire facial was over that the pain I was in went away. Very uncomfortable and wish she stopped doing it.

I was satisfied with the service.
