All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly; there was no problem with the human side of the service. The decor was neutral and I felt more could have been done with it to improve the peacefulness of the service, but it's not an overwhelmingly important quibble.

The only thing that was less than stellar was the scalp massage because it felt like she was doing it one handed and literally stayed in one spot the whole time. I wasn't really sure how to say that she should be moving around a bit more without sounding snotty.

I called from my car at 155pm for a 200pm massage. I gave the operator my cell #. I called at 220 to find out the reason for delay. I was told, they had been calling my cell #, multiple times over 20 minutes, and it went to voice mail. If that were the case...they surely should have left a voice mail. My cell phone showed no unanswered calls, so it seemed doubtful. They could also have tried sending a TEXT and/or calling my home phone. My wife could have alerted me. When I left, I asked if they would confirm my Cell #, and the desk person said, no problem, we have it, as I got your voice mail message. This was a really bad start to the new check in plan.

I was satisfied with my experience because it was a good massage. One thing that was distracting was that every time a door in the hall opened, I could hear it. I could also hear people in talking in the place next door, I believe it was a hair salon.

1. Therapist didn't ask for problem areas and spoke very quickly 2. Pressure wasn't optimal 3. Less friendly
