My massage therapist could've been a little more friendlier, the room could be a little more updated with the ambiance and aroma and music of relaxation. This time I went, i wasn't asked on what areas were bothering me..

There was nothing wrong with the service itself. I’m not a fan of putting my hair up and Kumba is the only therapist that makes me put it up. It would have been a little nicer if both drawers were open so I could have been checked out at the same time the person in front of me instead of having to wait on like.

The foot treatment was underwhelming. Hot towel, smear of granulated cream, quick rub and then wipe down with warm towel. I was expecting a foot massage that would focus on pressure points that might aleve stress and headache.

I have two memberships, for me and my wife and it never aligns that we can go together or only there’s room for one at a specific time. I get it, if you book way out you can but unfortunately In hectic lives with children it don’t work out like that

Not given a full 80 minute massage. Was given the length of the appointment. Entire process from my entrance to the room u til the therapist left was 80 minutes total. Shorted time. Was compensated when I expressed my concern at front desk upon payment.

The only thing that would add value to customers is to have an oil or lotion that is allergy friendly. My daughter a a number of sever allergies so I need to be careful what I put on me. As she is affected if she comes in contact. Oils stay on the skin. So something nut free (Shea and argan etc), coconut free, sunflower free, wheat/dairy free. I brought in a baby oil and therapist were fine using it. However at another location they refused to use the oil I had brought in. They were able to use a baby oil however ingredient were not listed so I was weary about it given my daughter's possible reaction.
