Hand and Stone

I liked the Esthetician, she was very nice but would not go back to her. she took a long time and I asked about an issue a couple times. I would go back to this location but to another person.

Product recommended were not available. The wait time sometime was very long.

I asked for my neck to be worked on because it was bothering me to the point of migraine, and while the massage felt great overall I would have preferred my les didn’t get touched and my neck actually got worked on. It’s been a day and I’m in pain again

The massage room ambiance was not as relaxing as other Hand and Stone locations. The couples massage did not have the tables near each other they were lined up. I had a different expectation for the experience.

The experience was awesome. But the message oil severely brook me out....my information sheet was filled out following my visit not prior to the visit...my appointment was at 130pm. By 430 I was severely swollen over 95%of my body and very itchy...was up all night

Very expensive

Lucia is a great esthectian. She explains everything she is doing and always asks if I’m comfortable It makes the experience more pleasurable

It was a basic massage, I’ve had better in the past at other spas. My therapist was very nice and accommodating, but she seemed nervous/new. I reminded her a couple times of various things. Also at booking I was told i could have a prenatal massage in the couples room, but upon arrival that was not the case.

My esthetician and massage therapist have all been wonderful. I absolutely love Stacy and Lucia - they do an amazing job. My issue is the receptions (some, not all) that were rude and didn’t give me the correct information on something in my membership and also made a billing error. Scheduling was constantly moved and hard to set up. Too too long.

I had upgraded time by 20 add minutes(approx $30)and massage to stone ($20). Rather than charging me dollar for dollar the manager charged me a complete service worth roughly $64. I am very unhappy since this has happened many times in the past and i was never informed of specific $ lost. Seems like Hand and Stone is ripping me off.
