Hand and Stone

I had requested a peppermint scalp massage, but after searching for a few minutes, they were unable to find any, instead eucalyptus was used. It was probably something that should be in stock, at it is a standard service.

Based upon other facials I've had in the past, this seemed a little rushed. I will definitely be back for another facial, though.

At the end when checking out, I wasn't acknowledged right away. I understand that the receptionists were busy taking calls and one of the receptionist was still training and had questions. But overall everyone was very friendly.

I loved the woman who did my facial. The the atmosphere was so calming. My skin looks great n also received compliments.

overall had a nice time- but was unhappy i could hear the music from either the location next door or above us. Would have been much more relaxing if i didn't have dance/ techno music being heard in my room..... in case you need to know which room- it was the last one on the left- the couples room.

Not sure I fully understand. The massage therapist is the best and hope he is retained by your company for a long time. The wait time is minimal and new owner appears friendly and knowledgeable. Previously had a facial at same location. Ana is truly the best. Extremely knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have found them both. I must say I come to the North Brunswick location because staff is always friendly and helpful and I was completely dissatisfied with staff at East Windsor location. Numerous unresolved issues in East Windsor. Will never return there.

Intake sheet seems to not be looked at my massage therapist, had noted an area to avoid or be gentle with. Receptionist a lil too pushy with membership

Husband purchased gift card online for 89.99. Was told I could receive the introductory price of 59.99 and use the balance at another time. Receptionist had a problem entering the certificate and had to call her boss. Was told she had to enter it the way it was purchased. I feel cheated

Lisa is excellent and that's why I go to this Hand and Stone. Lisa is the estetician.

I have no knowledge or experience with other services offered by other spa. I had a good time. I will use you again!
