Web request never set and requested tech and time not available They did however recommend services that were very nice and front desk was accommodating I will not use the web request in the future

Booked appointment on phone then was called back the following day and told time was not available and had to change to a different time. Appointment started 10 minutes late. Cold stone face massage was done properly, no hot towel given and cold stones were applied to neck and back. At the end of massage there were no hot towels to wipe off the excess oil.

A bit expense

Massage and therapist was excellent. However, when I received the scalp massage I would have liked to have my entire head massaged instead of only the top and sides ( I was lying on my back). I did not mention it because I thought he was going to do that. I would certainly request him again but I will speak up next time.

I had requested a peppermint scalp massage, but after searching for a few minutes, they were unable to find any, instead eucalyptus was used. It was probably something that should be in stock, at it is a standard service.

Based upon other facials I've had in the past, this seemed a little rushed. I will definitely be back for another facial, though.

At the end when checking out, I wasn't acknowledged right away. I understand that the receptionists were busy taking calls and one of the receptionist was still training and had questions. But overall everyone was very friendly.

I loved the woman who did my facial. The the atmosphere was so calming. My skin looks great n also received compliments.

overall had a nice time- but was unhappy i could hear the music from either the location next door or above us. Would have been much more relaxing if i didn't have dance/ techno music being heard in my room..... in case you need to know which room- it was the last one on the left- the couples room.

Not sure I fully understand. The massage therapist is the best and hope he is retained by your company for a long time. The wait time is minimal and new owner appears friendly and knowledgeable. Previously had a facial at same location. Ana is truly the best. Extremely knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have found them both. I must say I come to the North Brunswick location because staff is always friendly and helpful and I was completely dissatisfied with staff at East Windsor location. Numerous unresolved issues in East Windsor. Will never return there.
