My appointment was at 6pm and I arrived at 5:40pm. I had to complete more paperwork but wasn't told the real reason until I asked further, I was just told they lost it instead of it being a new system. My therapist didn't take me back until 6:10pm and my massage started at 6:16pm and ended at 7:04pm without addressing the one area of concern that I had. So it started late, was only 48 minutes, and didn't address my one request.

Location is in weird spot, have to be on the right side of the highway in order to get to the entrance. Services are great, staff is friendly. Feel that pricing is high, and then when you add the tip, it gets expensive.

expect better skin treatment with no or minimal side effects - like chemical peel etc

The receptionists were great! Although my massage therapist was very friendly, I needed her to put more into my neck/ shoulder area. After hinting a few times at this I just gave up. Still enjoyed massage, will be needing a male massage therapist next time

I've been a member for awhile and it's nice to know I'll always have a good experience but it would be nice to have an exceptional experience occasionally. I haven't had a facial anywhere else so I'm not familiar with what other treatments are available. I'm reluctant to try microdermabrasion as I have rosacea.

I was disappointed to find out that with the membership you could transfer a service but there was an upcharge. This was not disclosed when I signed up for the membership.

I really like the set up of the whole atmosphere....

I would like to see a more variety of services available.

When booking the appointment I was put on hold a number of times and the entire process took nearly 20 minutes. While I was really satisfied with my massage and the therapist the cost on a typical day (I was using a gift card) is high without a membership.

My therapist was nice but did not talk much or introduce herself. I don't want to speak the whole massage but I didn't talk to her at all before we got started besides her instructions. She was excellent at her job and was attentive at which type of pressure to apply to the massage.
