Everyone was great, from front desk staff who helped with directions and checking in and out, to my massage therapist and aesthetician who were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I asked the therapist to spend more time in specific areas and less on others due to knots and tightness i those specific areas which causes an imbalance….. he did just that and two days later those tightness started to release.

I've never had a bad experience for any massage service that I've received. The therapist (Marissa) who I see regularly is simply amazing and I have recommend family to go to her. She is respectful of people's mental space to just relax, not talk, and just enjoy the massage! The opposite is also true if you do feel like talking. She's great to go with the flow to make your massage session be the best experience possible!

Allison was great and thorough making sure to cover all areas in the time available. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Allison was very friendly, professional and skilled in massage therapy. I wish the massage was 60 minutes or more so that I could have had more attention to my left knee. Perhaps you could give clients the option during booking to extend their massage passed the 50 minute time slot, for an additional fee.

The message therapist, Ryan at Hand and Stone id exceptional. He listens carefully to my needs (area of concern) and offers suggestions in term of pressure as well as manipulations and stretching. My last visit he told me he was going to do further research on scapula release. Ryan goes above and beyond!
