Hand and Stone

The staff was friendly. My masseuse was excellent, very friendly, used the right amount of pressure and hit all the right spots. This was only my 2nd massage and will definitely come back again.

Prescreen/intake form was very confusing. When finished with covid form, I signed and clicked next. It brought me right to the oncology intake form without confirmation I had submitted my covid form. Also, it was send two days before but was not supposed to be complete until 24 hrs before. I’d prefer it to be sent when I have to do it, rather than getting lost in my inbox

The spa was quiet, the room had low lighting, table warm, music relaxing, the sheets felt slippery like they might slide off. Probably not cotton

When I come in, the receptionist, is very friendly. The atmosphere, is very relaxing. I always leave, feeling very relaxed. I’ve been a member of “hand and Stone”, for many years. I wouldn’t go, anywhere else, for a massage.
