I find this facility well-run. The staff are very professional and accommodating at all levels. Marissa, massage therapist, is an asset to this profession and facility.

Kim is fantastic. Offers upgrades and lets me know I can use point and what additional cost there will be. She always explains the products she uses. Highly satisfied with my facials.

I specified a deep hard massage and was rewarded by Maya who was outstanding as well as kind and very professional.

I liked the reception, but I didn't feel comfortable tasting the amenities while I was waiting. I liked the massage but I didn't feel that it relieved my pain, the pressure and attention I asked for didn't happen, I bought additional reflexology and if it lasted 5 minutes on each foot it was a lot. The fixed amount of the tip is too high.

Hand and Stone presents a classy, well-kept waiting area. The front desk employees are courteous , smile often and take their time to answer questions. The esthetician was lovely, gave me a wonder facial and shoulder massage. I would definitely return.
