Great staff. They always put the customer first.And with the horrible standards set by our socialistic governor, my therapist did a super job.

My massage was of the usual great quality and care I've experienced at Hand & Stone in the past. I had had some worries about returning to a spa situation during Covid, but the staff's attention to cleanliness was truly outstanding. The receptionist held the outside and inside doors from me, so that I did not have to touch any surfaces other than the massage table, which was thoroughly sanitized. Blankets have been removed for cleanliness, but my therapist offered me a large towel if I got cold and explained protocol for removing my mask so that she would not touch it. Hand sanitizer was available at the front desk, in the bathroom, and in my massage room. I was completely isolated from other guests. It was SO nice to receive such a professional, skilled massage again...I'll be back soon!

Allison is friendly and personable. In these difficult times, I was able to relax and recharge.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I arrive. Michael gives the best massages and is able to concentrate on the area that need the most amount of work.
