The aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained each step of the process, as well as what to expect going forward.

Came in with extreme back pain. The earliest the could see was the next morning. Came in and met Angie for my first Hand and Stone session. She was utterly amazing in understanding my pain and injury and providing me an excellent massage to relieve a significant amount of the pain. I not only left feeling better but also signed up as a Hand and Stone member. Angie was that good!

My therapist is wonderful. She is friendly, professional and very effective with helping me and my specific areas of concern. One of the best therapists I have had while being a member of Hand and Stone.

I have been a member since 2018. I am very satsified with the service provided by Ivy. She is my go to person for massage therapy. I am not happy that I cannot book a 90 minute massage online as I used to be able to do that. I understand from the reception staff that you are eliminating the 90 minutes and doing just 60 or 120 minutes. Better communication is critical especially to your very loyal customers.
