Aesthetician was very thorough in explaining process and personal circumstances of my treatment. Facility was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Massage therapist was thorough and instructional in stretching techniques.

I use my massages as part of my monthly wellness program. So after having missed almost 4 months i was in dire need of a treatment.

Kerri was very helpful with my kinks. I highly recommend her.

I had a new therapist she did a very good job. It was really good to get back to Hand&stone and have Chris take care of my sore shoulders.

I have been a member for the past few years and Carrie Smith is my go to massage therapist for my 80 minute deep tissue massage. I would not change a thing about the service she provides. She is excellent. I have had some difficulty using the web site to book appointments, cannot fully see my account history, and have recieved multiple marketing emails from two different sources (that have not always worked well with the online reservation system).

Good service and convenient

I always request the same esthetician for my monthly classic facials. Yaned or Janet - not exactly sure how to spell her name - is always warm, friendly, caring, and professional. I am happy to see her smiling face, and I enjoy relaxing in the calming environment.

My therapist was very good. She spent additional time on the areas where I needed the most relief. I enjoyed the cbd oil and the extended time.

I was able to call on Friday and book both a massage and facial for both my husband and I at the same times for the next afternoon. The reception area was clean and welcoming, as was the staff. There was an issue with the corporate system when we checked out, but the associate helping us took all the information she needed so we didn’t have to wait.
