From the moment we entered until we left, it was a great experience. Erin, the therapist, was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. I look forward to the next appointment.

Reception needs to be more friendly. Employees (front desk) were busy talking to each other when I walked in and I was not greeted until I said something about checking in.

Hand and Stone is a beautiful relaxing place to go for a massage - the rooms are tranquil and spotlessly clean - the massage therapist was excellent

Hope was my esthetician was exceptional. She was professional, courteous and totally accommodating with what I requested. I went in for a full face wax and decided to do a mini facial, which she did with no problem. I felt amazing and because of her, I re-joined Hand and Stone (I had cancelled my membership some time ago because I was not working).
