The staff are very friendly, even when your not their client. The spa is very clean and relaxing. I saw Hope for my visit this time. Hope is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She takes every measure to make you feel warm and comfortable. She knows her skill as an Esthetician, she is very detailed with her recommendations. Everything from the background audio to the lighting was perfectly conducive to a relaxing environment. The massage therapist took as much care as she could with my problem areas and the receptionist was incredibly patient and kind.

I have had Sarah several times now, and she is very attentive and well-trained. She was able to answer specific questions when I asked and spent the right amount of time on the areas that I requested. I highly recommend this facility!
