Hope was my esthetician was exceptional. She was professional, courteous and totally accommodating with what I requested. I went in for a full face wax and decided to do a mini facial, which she did with no problem. I felt amazing and because of her, I re-joined Hand and Stone (I had cancelled my membership some time ago because I was not working). Laura was awesome and started to relieve a very specific issue. It’ll take more than one visit and I am already scheduled in 2 weeks! She was very knowledgeable with what muscles were affected and knew how to help loosen them. I will recommend her to a few friends and family in the area. :-)
